Terms of Service

By requesting or purchasing a delivery from PKG KOURIER, you agree to the service terms presented at booking and checkout.

Service and pricing

Base rates include the first 15 km, one standard-size package and up to 50 lb. Additional distance, additional packages and agreed special services may result in additional charges.

Delivery timing

Service times are targets and are subject to availability, traffic, weather, road conditions, access restrictions, inaccurate shipment information and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery information and properly package and identify shipments. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipments are lawful and suitable for courier transport.

Restricted items

PKG KOURIER may refuse shipments that are illegal, unsafe, dangerous, improperly packaged, prohibited by law, or otherwise unsuitable for transport.

Liability and claims

Any claim relating to loss, damage or service should be reported promptly with the tracking number and relevant details. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
