Delivery & Cancellation Policy

Bookings

Online bookings are subject to service availability. Same-day bookings are accepted until 4 PM, subject to availability.

Changes and cancellations

Contact PKG KOURIER as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a booking. Once a driver has been dispatched or the delivery has started, cancellation and refund eligibility may be limited.

Additional charges

Additional kilometres, additional packages, oversized items, special handling, waiting time or other agreed services may create additional charges. We will communicate applicable charges when they can be determined before delivery.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the booking and services already performed. Contact us promptly if there is an issue with a completed delivery.
